Dr. Joseph V. Lillis is a board certified dermatologist offering expertise in all areas of dermatology including skin cancer surveillance, skin cancer surgery and medical dermatology.  A graduate of Georgetown University Medical School, Dr. Lillis did his dermatology training at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR where he served as chief resident during his final year.  He has since worked as an assistant clinical professor in the Division of Dermatology at University of California San Diego Medical Center and most recently in private practice at San Luis Dermatology & Laser Clinic in San Luis Obispo, CA.   He has published several articles in peer reviewed medical journals and spoken at national and regional dermatology conferences.   

Raised in Loveland, Dr. Joseph Lillis returned home to join Lake Loveland Dermatology in July of 2014.

Dr. Bair A new addition to the staff at Lake Loveland Dermatology, Sarah M. Bair M.D. joined the practice in February 2012. Dr. Bair is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD) and specializes in both cosmetic and clinical dermatology. She brings her youthful, female perspective to the growing practice at Lake Loveland Dermatology and to Northern Colorado.

David J. Seitz is a board certified Physician Assistant and has Diplomate Status with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He attended Western Illinois University and Colorado State University for his undergraduate and pre-medical studies. For his medical school training, David attended Midwestern University in Chicago and participated in the student chapter of the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Kathryn L. Olsen, PA-C has joined the team at Lake Loveland Dermatology, the oldest dermatology practice in Loveland. Olsen previously worked in Loveland in a family practice for seven and a half years.

A board certified physician assistant, Olsen treats all skin types and likes working with patients of all ages. A Colorado native who enjoys spending time outdoors,  Kathryn L. Olsen is passionate about educating clients about sun protection and preventive skin care.  She offers patients appointments with limited waiting time, to be respectful of her clients’ schedules.

Dr. Patrick Lillis was the first dermatologist in the Loveland area. He started his practice in Loveland in 1979, making it one of the longest-lasting dermatology practices in the region. A dermatology pioneer, Dr. Lillis was one of the first doctors in Northern Colorado trained in using Mohs Surgery to treat skin cancer.

Matthew J. Mahlberg, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer, laser surgery, and aesthetic dermatology.  He currently serves as President-Elect of the Colorado Dermatologic Society. 

Sheena E. Chand is a board certified Physician Assistant and Masters of Medical Science. She attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate degree in biology and Northeastern University Masters degree.
